    Camp Transfer & Cancellation Policy

    If you enroll in camp and your plans change, you may request a transfer, refund, or account credit in accordance with the policy below. This policy encourages early decision-making so we can best serve all families and deliver our programs effectively.

    Registration Fee
    The $25 registration fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

    Camp Transfers
    If your child is unable to attend their scheduled camp week(s), we recommend transferring to a different camp week within the same summer season, pending availability.

    All transfer requests must be submitted at least 1 week prior to the camp’s start date.
    Transfers cannot be processed within 1 week of the start date or after a camp week has begun

    Camper’s full name

    Example:

    Camp Cancellations

    If a transfer is not possible, you may request a cancellation for a partial refund or account credit according to the schedule below.

    Cancellation Deadlines
    More than 30 days before the camp start date: Full refund of camp tuition (registration fee excluded)
    - 10–30 days before the camp start date: 50% refund of camp tuition
    - Within 10 days of the camp start date: No refunds available

    Additional Policy Notes:
    - No refunds or credits are provided for late arrivals, early withdrawals, dissatisfaction with camp themes, or dismissals due to misconduct
    - Missed camp days cannot be refunded or transferred
    - Transfers between weeks are not permitted for missed days (e.g., attending a different week to make up a missed session)
    Cancellations by Camp

    Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances:
    In the event that camp is canceled due to extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified promptly. Refunds or credits will be offered depending on the duration of the cancellation and the costs incurred.

    Minimum Enrollment: If the camp is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, all participants will receive a full refund. Participants will be notified at least one week prior to the camp start date.

    Waiver

    I hereby affirm that I am voluntarily starting a course of instruction in physical fitness and martial arts training. I am voluntarily participating in the activity entirely at my own risk.

    In full consideration of the risk of injury while participating in classes with Phoenix Wellness Arts, and for the right to participate in the activities, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives, knowingly and voluntarily participate in this waiver and release of liability and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of my participation in the activity, their affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns, for any kind of risks related to traveling to and
    from as well as participating the activity, which may include, but are not limited to, physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, economic or emotional loss, and death.

    I acknowledge that I have carefully read this form and fully understand that it is a release of liability. I expressly agree to release and discharge the trainer or instructor from any and all claims or causes of action and I agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that I may otherwise have to bring a legal action for personal injury or property damage.
